With nearly 50 years in the insurance industry, I’ve made it my mission to simplify the home insurance process for my clients and help them navigate an often complex marketplace.
Professional Background
I spent 37 years with a major insurance agency before joining the brokerage world at JMP Insurance. This transition allows me to offer my clients so many more options and better solutions. I’m a San Jose native, educated locally at Leigh High School, West Valley Junior College, and San Jose State University.

My Approach to Helping
I believe the best way to serve clients is to be genuinely interested in them. I take time to understand who my clients are: what they do for work, their family, their hobbies, and what brings them joy. I’ve built a tremendous network of good friendships throughout my career by truly being interested in others, not trying to be interesting.

Beyond the Office
I was born and raised in San Jose in 1953 and have lived throughout the area, including Saratoga and Los Gatos. I’m a 9th generation California resident with deep roots in this community.
My passions have evolved over the years. I spent many years competing in amateur golf tournaments through junior golf, high school, and college. Today, I’m equally passionate about ocean kayak fishing for salmon and other saltwater fish. I also love fly fishing in the streams and lakes of the Sierra Nevadas.
My greatest joy now is spending time with my grandchildren and being proud of their accomplishments.
